How do I put on the ankle support?
- Position the support with the smooth side against your skin and place your heel securely in the heel loop.
- Pull the support to the side of your foot and wrap it over the top of your foot towards the inside of your ankle.
- Ensure the woven area is at the front of your ankle.
- Wrap the support around the back of your ankle and then towards the front.
- Attach the hook fastener to the support.
- Re-wrap the support with varying degrees of tension until you achieve the desired support and comfort level.
