Are the pouches microwavable?
They are not. Don't microwave our pouches! You are more than welcome to microwave the food inside, though! First, squeeze the puree into a safe container. Then you can microwave it.
Are your pouches and caps BPA-free?
Yes to both! Our pouches and caps are BPA-free, BPS-free, phthalate-free, and melamine-free.
Does your food have added sugar?
Never! All sugar in Cerebelly comes only from the vegetables and fruits we use. Speaking of which, every Cerebelly flavor features a vegetable as the first ingredient (and sometimes the second and third ingredients, too). Fruit-first baby foods often contain high amounts of naturally occurring sugar, which can lock in a baby's preference for sweet tastes and shape their eating for a lifetime.
What age is Cerebelly meant for?
Cerebelly is for babies who are ready to start solid foods, but that's just the beginning. For toddlers and older kids, Cerebelly makes an ultra-nutritious, on-the-go snack. Parents and caregivers can eat it, too! We even bring Cerebelly pouches along for workouts and backpacking trips. As always, be sure to talk with your pediatrician about your baby's individual needs.
Do you use any allergens in your food?
No. The Big 8 allergens are dairy, eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy—we use none of those in our Cerebelly products. Our products are also gluten-free.
