How do you use or apply this product?
Please read carefully before using this product:
Adults and children 12 years and older should take a starting dose of 2 tablets once a day, preferably at bedtime. Increase as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 tablets in the morning and 4 tablets at bedtime. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
