What’s the difference between soluble fiber and insoluble fiber?
Fiber can be broken into two broad categories: insoluble and soluble fiber, and many foods contain both.
Insoluble fiber (found in whole wheat, bran and seeds) keeps the digestive tract running smoothly and regularly.
Soluble fiber (found in beans, peas and oats) and the inulin found in SmartyPants Adult Formula and Fiber and Kids Formula and Fiber -- act as a prebiotic that promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in your gut.* It also supports digestive health and your immune system.*

What’s the difference between SmartyPants Adult and Kids Formulas and SmartyPants Adult and Kids Formula and Fiber supplements?
SmartyPants Adult Formula and Fiber and SmartyPants Kids Formula and Fiber contain all of the same vitamins and omega-3 fish oil as our original Adult Formula and Kids Formula supplements. The main difference is that you get soluble fiber (6g for adults and 4g for kids) as well!
If you or your kids take our Adult and/or Kids Formula and Fiber supplements, there’s no need to also take our Adult and/or Kids Formula products.
Our Fiber Formulas also have about 60% less sugar than our original Adult Formula and Kids Formula supplements. Our Fiber formulas have 3g and 2g of sugar per serving for Adult and Kids respectively. Our original Formulas have 8g and 5g of sugar per serving for Adult and Kids respectively.
If you want less sugar and some extra fiber in your diet, our Adult Formula and Fiber and Kids Formula and Fiber can be taken instead of our Adult Formula and Kids Formula.
