How Many Children's Multivitamins Should You Take?
Kids 4 years and older, take 4 gummies daily. May be taken with or without food. Chew each gummy thoroughly.
What if my child (or I) have consumed more than the recommended daily dosage of vitamins?

While most vitamins are easily eliminated from the body without causing any side effects, high doses of fat-soluble nutrients, such as vitamins D and A are stored by the body.

SmartyPants Organic Formulas are certified-organic and certified-vegetarian but they are not 100% natural and for a good reason!
When we formulate our products, we want to use the best possible ingredients and ingredient forms in order to make the best supplement. Sometimes, that means using synthetic ingredients, which are created in a labratory and can be more stable than their natural counterparts. By using synthetic forms, we’re also able to control the purity, potency, and stability to ensure they’re safe and effective.
The National Organic Program recognizes that it’s not practical to use all non-synthetic forms, so their organic guidelines approve the use of synthetic forms in dietary supplements.
Are SmartyPants Organic Formulas vegan?
No, our SmartyPants Organic Formulas are not vegan. While no animals are used in the products, we include vitamin D3 from lanolin oil, which is sourced from wool shorn from sheep.
So, our Organics products are not vegan but they are certified-vegetarian through the American Vegetarian Association.
